The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I related to Jim’s youth story of being told that I was not good enough. I felt proud of how he worked to improve himself and I was hoping to improve myself with his knowledge.

The reason why I recommend this Quest is because Jim's technique of learning in bit-size sessions works. It gives time for your brain to process and implement the material.
The areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes are in the way I now carry myself, with more confidence self-assurance, and in the way, I now handle my inner thoughts.

- I learned that by teaching others I get to learn things twice and that helps my brain to shift the information from my short-term memory into my long-term memory.
