"I'm looking forward to start this program, because my memory has been an issue for me for a long time"

Im looking forward to start this program, because my memory has been an issue for me for a long time. I always tend to forget things, people's names and how things happened. And as a consequence of this, people start questioning and doubting what I say, and that also makes me loose self confidence. I tend to not trust what I remember, I don't trust what I understood of something I've learnt, and that is a daily struggle for me. I'm really open to learn from this quest and be able to reconnect with my brain and memory, using its full potential by applying every single tool. Also, to leave behind this limiting belief of my bad memory and feel confident enough to accomplish whatever I want.
