"I have learned to read faster and this will empower my knowledge"

I am 71 years old, working as Chair Dept Psychiatry at Med School and private practice. I love my work and love to teach students and patients. I have learned new skills that I hope to make them a habit. I have learned to read faster and this will empower my knowledge.
My goal is to be as active as I can until at least 80 years. I do daily exercise, read, meditate, study and feel gratitude. I want to teach as my first goal and for this I need a good memory.
Thanks for the lessons I will go back to review all the 34 videos in the next few days.
