Before: know what but didn’t exactly know why and how After: found enlightenment AFI: Sun list and body part method are applicable universally, Alpha numeric code is not, even for Indonesian language which phonetics are differently structured from English. Been teaching my sales team by transferring all applicable techniques for business purpose. I can say 75% methods are on spot. Thanks Jim, great experience. Worth every minute spent on this quest!
