Before this course I had done some coaching but was not fully grounded in the principles of extraordinary coaching. This course has helped me to develop my coaching awareness and maturity to the point where I can fully appreciate the value of the principles of extraordinary coaching. My reason for taking this course was to deepen my understanding of coaching and get on a path to starting my coaching business. This course has help me in this area. I will recommend this course because it is design to help anyone get-started with coaching. The timing is flexible and the material is easy to understand. The price is reasonable affordable for the value you will get. Personally my biggest transformation came through the deeper understanding of how coaching can actually change people lives and, unleash them into the world with confidence and hope to do great things with their lives. My three insights after taking this course are: 1. The power of questioning 2. The importance on self preparation as a coach first and continuously 3. Coaches do not solve their clients problems but, help them solve it themselves My most apparent positive change is my renewed belief in coaching as a tool to help serve, inspire encourage action which will lead to transformation.
