The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I launched a book, Life in Full Colors, that came to and through me during the first lockdown of COVID-19 last March and suddenly found myself guesting on podcasts and summits. This, along with the natural development of online companion courses teaching the 7 steps within the book, I could see that Lisa Nichol's course was a natural 'next step' for me.
What I was hoping to learn was how to speak authentically, from the Whole Self (Feeling Heart and Thinking Mind) in a way that is truthful and impactful to get my colorful message out to those who need to hear it now.
What I received was exactly this, and sooooo much more.
The foundation of authentic speaking is based upon a loving intimacy with myself and those closest to me.
Then, from there to ripple out. Lisa taught up ways to build this foundation and then added many skills to enhance our conversations and connections with those in our path that I use consistently now because the rewards are so great!
The motivation to implement is strong when the intimacy and impact with 1 or 100 or beyond is authentic and filled with love which flows right back!
