Speak and Inspire, has given me a real push towards being more assertive in conveying my ideas

I started Mindvalley programs at a time when things were going rough. Although I am at an advanced age, I still think I have much to contribute to those around me at home and at my institution. Therefore when I discovered Mindvalley and its opportunities for personal growth, I have no doubt this was for me. I started with one of my big flaws: bad memory, But I must go over this again, for I must take more advantage of the course. I continued with improving my reading ability, yet I realized that old habits are not easy to overcome at my age. Anyway, I keep working on it. After that, I realized it was better to work on my assets to get the most out of them, instead of insisting on my weaknesses. Speak and Inspire, has given me a real push towards being more assertive in conveying my ideas and has driven me to search inside to get solutions to outer situations, and to speak out with conviction, convinced of the power of communication when you speak with intention. Now I am in a better disposition to be authentic, and transparent with colleagues and subordinates. The possibility of going back to revise and review previous days and quests in full, gives me the opportunity to reinforce learnings and to get more insights from the lessons. I am thankful for having discovered Mindvalley and I recommend it to others
