S&I helped me really learn to love myself and others through the mirror work and all the other work Lisa had us do. I gained more confidence in myself. I have to say with each quest after this I have gained more and more confidence and trust in myself. Overall MV has been a blessing in my life from when I first found it online in 2006 or 2007. I can't remember which. I love MV and more so when the quests began with S&I first and having the support tribes on Facebook. It was so much easier to connect with others all over the world and really making friends of them. The support has been a big part of helping me make the changes in my life. Thank you Vishen and all of the admins. and instructors. I love you all truly.
