Before this programme I was spending too much time on exercise and being a little reactive with my sleep and supplementation. Now is clear what to do to enhance the building blocks of my lifelong plan to live at full until 150.
Also, all the lesson about spiritual hacking resonated a lot with me as it gave me the opportunity to address this chapter of my life more actively.
