Silva Ultramind for me was very powerful. Because when you do it alone - it is one thing, but when you actually practice it with other people with a high energy level - it is something else.
I remember I had this exercise where the person had to put something in my hand and I had to guess what it was. And it not only made me realize my intuition and inner abilities, but made me connect with the person. And now it's a greater connection, it's like we have something together now, we shared something during that exercise.
I was able to guess 70% of the object that was in my hand and to me, that was so powerful because it was the first time that I do something like that. So this is definitely something I'd want to practice and put into work.
