Before this program I thought I had a perfectly fine life - a wonderful family, two jobs as an HR Manager in a building company and a private language teacher, an average level of health and a couple of hobbies for my spare time.
What I did not realize back then - I was so disconnected from myself, that I could not be actually present as a good mom or wife. I spent my days in "auto-pilot" mode just repeating a day after day, doing the same things, making the same decisions, following the same patterns without even allowing myself to stop and think about "What do I actually want in my family - life, work - life. What is my purpose in life?"
