Richard Bach’s daughter, Gauri, on how her father trained her on Silva Techniques

Richard Bach’s daughter, Kristelle Sim(Gauri), has shared with us her memories of how her dad introduced Silva techniques to her. Check out her story in this video. "This must’ve been when I was about 12 or so. I was on a trip to visit my father and it was really exciting because I knew it was going to be fun, there is always something interesting happening with him.

One night he said: "Let’s try an experiment." He put something in my hand that was wrapped up and he said: "I want you to describe, what this object is. I know you don’t know what it is but I want you to describe it anyway. Just close your eyes, take a deep breath, get in tune and tell me what you get from this object.”

I thought: "Okay, I can do this. And what came to me was something about a woman. I could feel my mind trying to create something but tried to just breathe and let it speak to me. Then I could feel a battle, a big fight. And it felt really old.

My father unwrapped the object. Turns out, it was a coin that had Helen of Troy on it. Here was old, here was a battle and here was a woman."
