I had been listening to the Mindvalley podcasts for a while when I saw the advertisement for the Silva Ultramind Masterclass on YouTube so decide to sign up not really knowing what it was all about.
The masterclass blew my mind so I immediately signed up for the full course and what a transformation I have witnessed over the past 4 weeks!!
I'm at a pivotal point in my life where I have recently launched a business in a new industry that I am not familiar with and have suffered a lot of blocks due to limiting beliefs and lack of confidence in myself.
I followed the course every single day, utilising the techniques being taught to help overcome my blocks.
Not only was this successful and things I have been afraid of my whole life I am now able to do with ease (I'd always been afraid of the telephone, for example. It's something I struggled with my whole life and now doesn't bother me at all!) but I also have structure and guidance on where my life is going and my dreams for the company by utilising the Three Most Important Questions which I have stuck up in front of my desk.
In addition, my meditation practices have improved and I now have a deeper understanding of the different levels of brain activity and am able to drop very easily into Alpha and even Theta after being very hit and miss on this for years.
Overcoming my career blocks was the main reason I signed up for the course but it has helped in other areas of life too, my chronic back pain is completely gone and my husband and I had been trying for a baby for 7 months....on the last day of the course I found out I was pregnant and i wholeheartedly believe it is because of the belief I have obtained from this course.
I've just signed up for full Mindvalley membership and am starting the first course plus the Lifebook course on Monday and, having experienced such a transformation in the past 4 weeks I cannot wait to see what the next 5-6 will bring.
