When I started the membership, the first program I took was actually The Silva Method.
I remember I would just come home and it would be the most exciting thing during the day. I come home and right before I go to sleep, I'd watch Vishen and he would explain the program and how to do it and he said: "You do this and your life improves"  And I decided: "Oh, cool, my life will actually be improving"
