Before finding Mindvalley and the Silva Intuition program, I had never been able to meditate and I wanted to learn how to trust my intuition. That was in 2013 and Mindvalley didn’t have “Quests” back then, but I was finally able to meditate by the end of the first week with this the system. That alone was pretty mind-blowing but I was able to get a much cleared vision of who I am.
