"I want to become more centered"

I am just starting the Silva Ultra Mind Quest. I look for solutions to better organized my mind and thinking. I want to become more centered, calmer and at the same have clear thinking to manifest my dreams. To become less anxious in my work and more committed to a healthier life style.
