Before this masterclass, I did not really know how to visualize let alone know or use altered states of mind.
I started practicing the 3 scenes technique and within a week I had amazing results.
I really wanted to join the Mindvalley All Access program, so again I used the 3 scenes technique, I received a $500 bonus at work (unheard of during a pandemic right!) and with some birthday money I had received, I was able to join and do the Silva Ultramind quest.
