I am on day 19 of the Ultra Mind Quest. I started this process with some pretty big blocks and I have definitely made progress in the exercises so far. I am excited about working on healing now and expect positive changes in my life by the time I have completed this program. It is a step by step building process and love reading the posts from community members.
