This is day 1 for me in the Silva Ultramind System. I have been a member of Mindvalley for 5 years and have benefited from other programs and this one is speaking to me very loudly right now. I feel I have never been more ready for this experience. My personal motto has always been "Fear is excitement without breath, so take a deep breath and go for it."
