Many years ago I met a woman named Helen Hadsell, who became a friend and mentor unlike any other. She introduced me to the Silva Method, which I completed with a friend. That chapter of my life was extraordinarily helpful in that I gained awareness and understanding of myself, with the bonus of meeting others who seemed to be connected to me at a soul-level.
