Many years ago I met a woman named Helen Hadsell, who became a friend and mentor unlike any other. She introduced me to the Silva Method, which I completed with a friend. That chapter of my life was extraordinarily helpful in that I gained awareness and understanding of myself, with the bonus of meeting others who seemed to be connected to me at a soul-level. I've continued to benefit from all that I received and learned in countless ways from those early affiliations. Fast forward to a few months into the current pandemic and the many changes coming at us. I began to think about Helen and to strongly feel love and feelings of gratitude, even though it had been decades since I'd seen her. I remember speaking out loud to her as I arrived home one evening and said how much I loved and valued her still. It felt wonderful! On a whimsy, I noted difficulties I've had with fulfilling intentions at this time. Some days later I was exploring a link sent in an email -which did not look particularly interesting. Vishen came upon an ad for Silva Ultra Mind and I was curious to find out about this. What a surprise it was when he showed a photograph of himself taken with Helen! I felt deep inside that she was urging me to partake, and I also felt 100% agreement on all levels. Thank you Vishen for sharing that wonderful photo!
