As a psychotherapist i was always interested in hypnotherapy and as a past life regression therapist, i was drawn to Marisa's RTHA course.
The complete course has many wow! Factors but for me, the relationship module really hit home. Even after years as a therapist, i never realised the role i played within my family, let alone how it was affecting my adult relationships (past and present). After my realisation, my behaviour changed instantly!
I felt a complete understanding of myself, for the first time ever! This transformation is nothing but positive and the release of stress and fear has been the most therapeutic experience i have had in many years. Being part of a tribe where others are also transforming allowed me to soldier on, knowing that i was not alone in my experiences and also knowing that support and empathy are right there at times it was needed. It also felt good to be support to others along the journey.
For anyone out there that may be considering taking this course, i say GO FOR IT!! It will be the most therapeutic experience you have ever encountered and a transformation that you wish you had had the opportunity to travel through years ago.
