I have just completed Day 1 of the program. I recently came across Marisa Peer on YouTube and subsequently listen to her videos and practice her meditations daily. Already they have impacted my thinking and actions. I am changing the words I say both to myself and to others. My health is currently compromised so I am in the process of healing. I believe that re-framing my mindset will help me heal physically and mentally and that I will be transform and have the tools to take on the rest of my life with both positivity and strength. I am looking forward to gaining more skills and awareness from doing this course.
