I have been practicing personal growth since 5 years.I have many unblock negative believes that am trying to get rid of it.I listened to many mentor but I didn't notice any 'effective evolution. I am an anxious person who has to do go through a lot of yoga and meditation to calm down my emotion and be receptive wisely to make the best action. Mindvalley windows advertisement has been popping on my phone while I was watching youtube music for about 6 months.
