Before this program, I used to get myself into deep dark holes of negative thought patterns. I used to let people walk all over me, especially one of my business partners, who has a knack for pulling people down to lift himself above everyone else, pretending to know everything while we watch everything go down hill all the while blaming everyone around him. Pure Narcissist. Now I recognise the negative downward spirals and I can immediately pull myself out and focus on the positive outcomes. My business partner who is not such a good person is very confused right now and doesn't quite know how to handle my new energy. My team has noticed a significant positive change in me and we are working together as a team now and not one persons personal dictatorship.
