I'm so glad I joined this quest! I was able to heal a lot of stories I was telling myself about love and open my heart to more "home frequency" as Dr. Laura Berman mentions. This quest brings tons of awareness if you are open to receive the lessons. Dr. Laura gives powerful exercises both in journaling format as well as energetic in order to clear the energies and move up the ladder to higher frequencies. I'm deeply grateful for all the sacred knowledge I received with this quest.
