"Thank you for the opportunity to find my best self during this quest"

My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are...

1) My emails are cleared daily where I am able to schedule the important emails to complete at a later time.
2) I am working on finding my HIME for various tasks.
3) I give myself permission to procrastinate. Thank you for the opportunity to find my best self during this quest and knowing I can set boundaries because I need to take care of myself. Self Care is not Selfish!
