Before joining the quest, I knew fairly little about tantra and of course the benefits from it. I have followed a few experts on IG but was always not sure if I would want to experiment a bit more.
Before joining the quest, I knew fairly little about tantra and of course the benefits from it. I have followed a few experts on IG but was always not sure if I would want to experiment a bit more.
Thanks to the "to the point" teaching from Layla, I was able to adapt to the exercises and experience my body in a totally different light, wow...I have a gem within me. The meditations, although was difficult when you have people around but when I got to do them, I allowed myself to be free and just go with the flow, the result...mind blowing!
Now, I have seen my partner enjoying the experience that I am sharing with her, we are getting more in sync with how we connect with each other as well. This is the beauty of a well-instructed quest.
