"I have already completed 2 courses and am undertaking other 3 on Mindvalley on health and fitness and other categories of life"

I use to be without goals in life, living with the flow of life, parting with friends weekend, my body was balloning to a staggering 105kg or 230Lbs. I had a hard time to cope with my weight and started suffering from high cholsterol I was around 38 years and I decided to change my life to the better. I stopped drinking alcohol, started going to the Gymn and decided to apply some of the principles I had learnt from Tony Robbins and Stephen Covey. I remember my wife telling me that her friends have approached and asked her what did she give me to stop drinking, going to parties, change diet etc...

I remember coming across Vishen Lakhiani when he was starting coaching and I could see he was really trying hard. At first, I actually thought South African. That was early year 2000. When I went to the gymn And changed my diet to more salad than startchy I lost 20 kg in about 6 months and when you do that you actually get back pain like a mother who have just given birth to a baby. Because your spine was used to carry the belly and now it does not have anytging to carry. At the same time I resigned from my employement and joined my company I had created 4 years earlier and gave to my wife to run because I did not have enough funds to leave the daily job. I remember in 2002 setting a series of affirmations of what I wanted to become in 6 months to follow it was to be Idependant, to have financial freedom and listening daily to Tony Robbins CDs. I was living in Swaziland and whenever I would go to South Africa I would be fascinated by books on self help and personal devekopment and I would buy them, the like of Brian Tracy, Bob Proctor, Zig Ziglar and the like. And on business books of Richard Branson, Donald Trump, Bill Gates, and Larry Page. As I was trying maintaining my weight and ny diet and running my company, I was at the same time looking for markets and new contracts and me being a Civil Engineer I had to travel to different projects accross Africa and staying in Hotels for a long time like 6 months. The hard part was to maintain diet and gymn as many places where new roads were being built there were no gymns, then the work load of a construction site. I started slipping back wards from my recently achieved life style and light weight from 85kg to 90kg, then 95 then to a 100kg again. And here I was where I started again. It was not easy though to go maibtain my life style again, however, during the time had a new life style, I was also juggling with my 2 daugthers who were in an international school in Swaziland and who were to go to college in the USA. More money was needed to send them off and to maintain them there. I remember sitting with my wife weighing whether we keep our investments we had made with funds from our company or to send children to school. We dicided to sell some of the prime properties we acquired and I remember selling my 1 acre piece of land in the most affluent area of the Capital City Mbabane. During that family meeting we said that the opportunity of sending children to school in the USA comes once in a life while earning more funds from the business can keep coming back.

As I write my story, my daughters have graduated from college and are working in Chicago. My business has grown and has generated income and profits and allowed us to invest in Property in Dubai and South Africa. Keeping up with the business, traveling and even harder niw with Covid-19, we often forget the best habits to maintain the life style we dream of and fir that matter I have joined Mindvalley, by the way, I realized that I joined 5 years ago but I was not interested to the quests that time) so I kept receiving emails from them but I was ignoring them until 2 months ago when I bought my new iPhone after the other one was stolen and I was syncronising the data I checkwd an email from Mindvalley and got accross Lifebook online information then I resumed following Mindvalley, I have already completed 2 courses and am undertaking other 3 on Mindvalley on health and fitness and other categories of life. I commend Vishen Lakhiani the journey he went through to reach where he is currently in transforming millions of lives.
