I used Focus as a tool for my productivity post A-Fest, when I needed to catch up on some work. I often struggle with staying on task for long periods, but this session with Focus, I found myself hitting a flow state and staying there for a few hours. I had a clean, jitter-free energy boost. Paired with the Focus meditations from the Mindvalley States app that I followed at the time of consumption, I was able to concentrate quite well.
