Wassila does a great job of helping me with any limiting self talk and focusing on what my priorities are. The exercises we go through together are helpful and memorable, they make a positive difference for me and I am grateful for the sessions we have together ??❤️

The group calls with Vishen provide great insight and connection. The most recent one (January) has been my favourite so far. This one and the spirit ball exercise were the best! I love being part of the Mindvalley coaching program. I feel as though I’ve been surrounded by a flock of Angels.
