“Its a good starting off point for a lot of self help material”

I think its a good starting off point for a lot of self help material. I was impressed with JJ Virgin's information and it led me to buy her Sugar Impact book which has some great recipes that accomplish what I need nutritionally. A lot of the purely self help things like connecting to the soul I have heard before, its not new to me and that's what keeps it from getting a higher score. I think the more specific the help and the less generalized, the better it is.
