"The opportunity to explore the entire offering of Quests"

I consider myself a seeker, learning how to live as my best self while my spirit has this physical existence.
I am “re-membering” (as Neale Donald Walsch would say) who I am and all of the reasons to be happy.
I don’t expect to implement everything upon finishing a Quest– I usually take away one or two very important changes that become part of my “life hack.”
For example, Jeffrey Allen taught me how to ground myself and how to have seniority over my personal space (my aura, emotions, attitude, etc.).  These two concepts have been AMAZING at work and have helped me relate to others and keep my sanity.
Srikumar Rao introduced me to “Good thing, bad thing, who knows?”  Talk about a powerful way to flow and to trust the Universe!  I now can’t imagine how I lived before incorporating that concept into my life.
Donna Eden introduced me to an Energy Medicine routine that I do every morning when first waking up (and sometimes during the day, too).  I’ve taught pieces of it to my team at work, and it’s a fabulous re-centering and energy boost!
Oh – Emily Fletcher’s approach to meditation is so graspable for everyone – I now  meditate daily.   I have to admit that I have gone on to purchase audio books by many of the Quest leaders, and I listen to them on my commute.
There’s a saying in the Silva world – “Every day, in every way, my life is better, better, and better.”  Mindvalley is the tool that I use to make that sentence reality.  In addition, I look for (and find) ways to make the lives of those around me better, too.
I am so grateful that I found Mindvalley and that the opportunity to explore the entire offering of Quests has been provided to me.  If one doesn’t resonate with me, I move on to the next one that may.  The freedom to do that is invaluable.
