I'm not sure how to explain the shifts in my life in relation to this course, but I was also in increasing pain in my back and neck and was finally able to realize it was from whiplash from nearly 30 years ago.
At the same time I realized this I found the solution on youtube, a doctor talking about prolotherapy of all things. It was the sort of serendipity that Vishen was talking about.
When I began seeing this doctor I decided it was high time to take care of the yeast and fungal overgrowth in my gut system. So as I began treatment for my neck and upper back, I was also eating no sugar, no cheese, nothing pickled, no white potatoes and limited grains/no yeast bread.
By this time I had enrolled in the year membership of unlimited access to Mindvalley programs.
I love it so much because I basically camped out on the recording by Marissa Peer and going through my head was "I easily and effortlessly take actions every day ...for perfect health" etc.
I also listened to Eric Edmeades 7 Days to Break up with Sugar, and was laughing to myself, because I had already gone off of it two weeks ago and it wasn't as difficult as I had imagined. I never thought I could do it before. I thought it would be too hard.
But after going through that one Mindvalley course, and then doing the Marrissa Peer courses, it feels like my life is coming together.
I grew up in a very toxic family with a sadistic mother, we were also in a religious cult, so Peer's courses are wonderful to re-program my thinking into healthy thinking and much more affordable than years and years of therapy.
Ironically I had signed up for the 10X course and just before it began is when I realized the cause of all my chronic pain is an old injury. So instead of doing weight training that would exacerbate the injury, I got the therapy and can begin the 10X in a few weeks after I heal (I just finished the last set of injections a few days ago).
I'm so excited about what is next in my life.
The MV Membership is definitely the way to go! I'm exploring the entrepreneurial course with Eric and the Power of Networking which I think is the very thing I need to go forward toward my personal career goals.
Last, but not least I am no longer afraid to go to sleep at night because of my very weird and often disturbing dreams.
I haven't become lucid yet in the night, but I enjoy that initial hypnogogic state as I'm falling asleep, and camped out on the "how to interpret" your dreams.
It was so helpful for me not to be afraid or disturbed by them anymore. I even had a dream where I confronted my mother and didn't wake up crying, or trying scream like I used to. I woke up feeling good and confident. That in itself is huge. As you can see I couldn't really pick one program.
But with the year's membership, you don't have to.
Best value. So worth it.
