"I can now carry my 4yr. old daughter and actively play with her outside which I wasn't able to do last year"

I became an amputee (Right Below Knee) February 2020. I was in the rock bottom of my life, hopeless and lost when I found Mindvalley during the post-op recovery of my amputation surgery in the hospital.

I was 33 yr. old having muscle atrophy of my leg muscles because of decreased mobility from long hospitalization-mostly seated on a wheelchair for 1 year and 3 months.

It's has been a 10 months of transformation and commitment to personal growth, doing all access (Mindvalley Membership) and 6 months of 10X.

I broke a lot of brules in my life, changed my beliefs and system of living. It's truly my reset and awakening. And as I went enjoying the process of personal development I noticed great improvements with my well-being.

I came up with my life vision, the real meaning of success and happiness to me and my 3 MIQ goals. I started to believe in myself again and the true meaning of my life, that is not about me, it is about everyone whose life I touch and the way in which I touch it.- from my favorite quest: Awakening the Species by Neale Donald Walsch.

I regain my health and how to really take care of my body by doing the quests and watching the mentoring regarding health and fitness.

I can now walk long, jog and climb up the stairs faster than before without feeling fatigued, my energy levels went up high plus my mood is always good.

I can now carry my 4yr. old daughter and actively play with her outside which I wasn't able to do last year that really broke my heart as a father to her.

The mindset building and perspective that I developed towards health and fitness totally transformed my lifestyle and relationship to strength training, nutrition, sleep and recovery. And I'm in the best shape of my life ever!!!

Thank you so much Vishen Lakhiani and to the amazing authors of the quest and mentoring. And of course, Mindvalley team my big thank you to all of you❤️ Forever grateful Mindvalley Member -Lawrence??
