I knew Mindvalley from a personal standpoint pursuing 3 quests I did over a year and when I was talking to my organization about some key lessons I learned, I realized there was an opportunity to better grant access to the Leadership Team so they can learn at their own pace and choose the content they want to integrate into their lives.
After previews bad experiences with e-learning platforms in the organization, the team was skeptical and the adoption took longer than expected, however, once they started their 1st Quest they engaged with the platform and really enjoyed it! One year ahead now, more than 70% of the employees claimed loving this platform and want to keep taking quests, also they want to invite their top talent direct reports to join Mindvalley.
