"I deeply believe that any person who leads a team or an organization should prioritize the growth of their team"
My journey in personal growth has been only a few months long but accelerated in learning and tangible improvements. Probably the main improvement has been that working on my personal growth has made me deeply interested in the personal growth of my team with immediate results in terms of their engagement with the team and their purpose in the organization. Now we have “Weekly Growth Sessions” where each member shares their most relevant learning of the week and cares about the growth of others. In more tangible terms, we have adjusted our sleep schedules (according to one of Mindvalley Quests) and this simple change has made us more energetic every day and efficient in our work and personal activities.
I deeply believe that any person who leads a team or an organization should prioritize the growth of their team and their personal growth as one of the main goals to achieve and most relevant indicators.
