Participating in the Life Coach program at Mindvalley has truly been life-changing for me. It has been an emotional, unique, and transformative experience that has led to numerous revelations both professionally and personally. In 2018, I lost my brother, and as I processed this loss, I encountered a wealth of love and wonderful people. Yet, I sensed that something profound had changed within me, though I wasn’t quite sure what it was.
I had a successful business, a full schedule of clients, and a family that I loved—and still do. Despite this, something felt off. When I learned about the Mindvalley Life Coach Certification, I felt I was on the right path and anticipated something amazing would come. However, I had no idea how transformative the experience would truly be. I expected the certification to provide me with personal and professional growth tools, especially to assist executive management or organizations grappling with low well-being.
With my Life Coach Certification, I have acquired the coaching skills needed to support organizations during times of crisis and have developed the ability to uplift both management and the organizations themselves to a higher level of well-being. I have applied my knowledge everywhere! I actively use the tools I’ve gained. This is an ongoing journey for me—it will never end. Now, I have countless books to read, and I possess an unstoppable curiosity about every person I encounter, further fueling my desire to learn.
I am certain that my certification and the new knowledge I have gained will be utilized daily for the rest of my life. What once were feelings of emptiness and lack have transformed into curiosity and gratitude, along with love and compassion for both the people I have met and those I have yet to meet.
Coach Aarti, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for holding the space, trusting us, and giving us the courage to practice and speak up. You are such a beautiful soul.
