Before the Program, as Head of learning and Development, I felt I needed to get specific skills to impact our staff in term of mindset change, career growth and performance improvement.

Today as I graduate from the Certified Life Coach Master class, I feel empowered me to make a positive change in my organization. I have acquired the Best Tool kit through the powerful lessons that I will utilize to impact the lives of our staff and other people. This is one of the best programs that I have attended, facilitated by very good coaches Xue and Dorian.
