"One of the most profound gifts of this journey has been learning how to honor my neurodivergent brain"

Becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist
Before beginning the Mindvalley Hypnotherapy Certification, I was already deep in the waters of personal healing and subconscious reprogramming. Since 2020, I had been engaging with To Be Magnetic’s Pathway Membership, exploring inner child healing, shadow work, and the art of authentic manifestation. That work laid a powerful foundation for me, and it also sparked a quiet curiosity: what more could be possible if I truly learned how to guide others through these deeper subconscious realms?
At the same time, I was also working with my own therapist using hypnotherapy. Those sessions were life-changing. They helped me navigate long-standing grief, complex trauma, and the nuances of being neurodivergent—specifically living with ADHD and being on the autism spectrum. Hypnosis offered me something traditional therapy hadn’t: deep nervous system regulation, emotional reframing, and a profound sense of safety within my own mind.
When I began the certification, I brought with me years of self-study, intuitive coaching experience, and spiritual facilitation work—but I still felt the familiar tug of imposter syndrome. That old voice whispered, “Who are you to guide others this way?”
Week by week, session by session, the course didn’t just teach me techniques—it transformed me. I experienced what it’s like to collapse anchors, rewrite limiting beliefs using visual squash, and walk myself and others through nested inductions, reimprinting, and swish patterns that truly rewire the nervous system. I learned how to hold space with both structure and soul, and how to channel metaphors and imagery in a way that not only makes the subconscious feel safe—but seen.
One of the most profound gifts of this journey has been learning how to honor my neurodivergent brain. I no longer shame myself for needing structure and spontaneity in equal measure. Instead, I’ve learned to work with my brain—through breathwork, body-based anchors, hypnotic language, and regulating trance—to help others (and myself) find their inner compass.
Now, at the end of this program, I feel like I’ve stepped into a new identity. I am not just a hypnotherapist—I am a guide, a creative channel, and a safe space for others to rewrite their stories. Hypnosis is no longer something I use only for myself; it’s a sacred tool I offer with integrity, reverence, and rooted joy.
Thank you for helping me become someone I feel proud to be.
