I wanted to do it - not only for my own company Eternal Echo where I help people to preserve memories and legacies and record emotional video portraits of how they would like to be remembered - but also for myself and how to deal with difficult situations.
I used Hypnotherapy in my coaching sessions with people - especially when I felt that they were nervous because of the video recording, so I could help them to relax and envision their past in front of them. This helped to let them speak about their memories and wisdom for the Eternal Echo video portraits.
