This program taught me so many different relaxation methods, that now, I can say with confidence:
"Whatever life throws at me, I can handle it'!"
Before I studied HT, I had nights where I couldn't fall asleep until 3 or 4 am at times. Now I can pick from a variety of techniques, from Havening to guided systematic relaxation and visualization to relax into a peaceful state of mind. My quality of sleep and the ability to fall asleep right away have improved tremendously! I am so grateful for how much I learned in those 4 months with ease and without stress.
