When I started the HoloBody journey 4 months ago I was excited to learn a lot about health and having a structure on how to implement this in my Life. I tried several times to improve my health and it was not that bad but I always struggeled with overwhelm and not knowing where to start. Also I often felt, that other strategies are not really working for myself. I really hoped that this programm could finally help me transform.
The journey was fascinating. So many informations and tools. Sometimes it was very quick, so there was not much time to go deeper on a topic or to get used to a new Routine etc. Also the Racing mode was challening. It was very fast and with having "the real life" going on beside this journey with it's own challanges, it was a lot to do. But I also learn so much and felt much better and more energized. I lost 6 Kg in these 4 Months and I feel good :) Now I am looking forward to the the 10X Coach Certification.
