I was very Interested in this quest because of my health and science background and I was looking for something that would encompass mindfulness. This program definitely delivered! 
I especially loved how the participate is invited to "tune" in and acknowledge were they are in life and how to move forward powerfully. It also provided me with some additional tools I applied personally to my personal health. 
As a practitioner this quest has provided me with additional tools to help service others looking to take their health and wellness to the next level! Thank you Mindvalley!
