Before this program, I thought I was doing all the right things, but I was not in harmony with my body and the support it needed to thrive. I've become more aware of how to work with my body, rather than against it. I joined the program to become more attuned to my body and work with others to do the same. I enjoyed this quest because Ronan and the coaches have amazing energy and provide unconditional support.
