Thanks to Holobody, I am letting go of my old story, the story that was not serving me. Since the program started to now, I have seen a huge jump in my confidence, and I am making better decisions around my health and wellness. Even though I have been a fitness trainer for twenty years, I still have my struggles with negative self-talk, and not feeding my body what serves me. I feel more centered over the past few months, and my digestion and energy levels have seen a wonderful boost since starting the program. I lost over an inch around my belly, and about 8 pounds lighter. I look forward to implementing the tools with my clients and helping others reach their full potential.
