When the opportunity arose for this quest it came at a perfect time, I had just completed my Lifebook Certification. I was ready and excited to make the changes necessary to create the life I’ve always dreamed of. I wanted to start with my health and mindfulness and Holobody quest was just what i needed… it enhanced and integrated in such a beautiful organic way in my self development journey. Before Mindvalley I was in a very dark place, no hopes or dreams or inspiration, always tired and overworked, dissatisfied with myself and my life. What a difference now! I am a completely different person, I’m loving the life I’m creating and most of all I’m excited to help others transform their lives as well. I could finally say I Love Myself, I’m conscious about what my body needs, I’ve learned to meditate, how to change debilitating beliefs, how to be more efficient and so much more.
