Before starting this programme I felt stuck professionally and therefore personally, and this was really frustrating for me. I always had the vision that I would become succesful at a young age doing something that I really loved and was passionate about. I thought I had the energy and the drive for it. However, my reality was far from that. I work for a large multinational company since a few years ago and I have become part of an environment which really differs from my values and beliefs. I felt that it was time for a change but I had no clarity on how to start a new journey and which direction would suit me best.
My mother encouraged me to start this quest as she always thought I had the skills and passion for coaching. As you all know...mother's are the wisest :)! She was so right and I am so grateful.
I have had the chance to connect with an incredible tribe of colleagues and mentors from who I have learned so much. I have been able to define my purpose and my journey and how I want to serve and help people through coaching and consulting, and I feel excited about the future and what will come. I finally see some light and everything makes sense now!
In summary, it was a wonderful experience and I would encourage everyone to join!
