I did the first masterclass and found that it was deep...started crying but also gave me a lot of insights about my childhood and saw some patterns. In the end I was relaxed and could really observe my past from a distance. My childhood is the past and does not need to define me now. Later on in the evening I also did the videos of the free bonus materials and I feel this could be a way to start my life again (new and fresh!)
