I absolutely loved this program with Charlie! 

I had been following Mindvalley for quite a while but when I saw this program added that is what finally got me to join. 

It did not disappoint! I have always had a meditation practice but through this course, with all these new tools, I have been able to really take it to new levels and allow even greater joy and peace into my life. 

I could not have asked for a better instructor than Charlie and I definitely want to do more with him! He is such a kind and loving soul and makes the lessons, easy and fun but still infinitely deep. 

I will look fw to continuing on with this as an added lifetime practice!
