Before this program, I didn't know what vibrating at a higher frequency meant and thought it was 'normal' to just continue to feel sad, afraid and angry. Now I have felt the difference between the lower frequencies and the upper ones. I crave that lighter more joyous feeling every day. I may not have developed 'a practice' but I am working on it thanks to this program and this gives me hope.
